All sales are final with the exception of defective products. This means that once a purchase is made, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is found to be defective.

Defective Products

We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund. To process your claim, you may be required to provide proof of the defect, such as photographs or a description of the issue.
